As a personal trainer and Ayurvedic practitioner, I have come to learn the various obstacles individuals face when trying to exercise regularly, losing weight and adopting healthy nutrition while juggling hectic schedules and lifestyles. Through personal experience and my work with clients, I've curated an effective and successful approach that comprehensively tackles all facets of well-being.
Most trainers will give you a basic nutrition plan and walk you through a workout session at the gym while you are with them. But what about when you're outside of the gym? It is all up to you to follow the plan and make the appropriate choices when eating out and socializing. You have to figure out your own workouts when traveling and on-the-go. The lack of guidance and coaching can lead to veering off your health goals.
My program is like having a personal trainer, holistic health practitioner, nutritionist, mindset coach and accountability partner all in one.
