Cumin coriander fennel tea

½ teaspoon cumin seeds

½ teaspoon coriander seeds

½ teaspoon fennel seeds

4-5 cups of water

Heat the water in a pot. Add the seeds. Allow the tea to boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit for about 3 minutes. Your CCF tea is ready to be poured into a mug and sipped.
